Why paddleboarding?

Paddleboarding is a fun and fairly cheap watersport that has risen in popularity over the last decade. You can practice it solo or with friends and the health and mental benefits are huge. Paddleboarding engages multiple muscle groups for a full body workout, improves balance and coordination, reduces stress by being out in nature and promotes relaxation through the rhythmic motion of paddling. Additionally, being on the water can provide a sense of calm and serenity, promoting mental well-being.

Why do I need paddle boarding lessons?

Anybody can pick up a paddleboard and start to have fun with it. There are plenty of Youtube tutorials to help you start. However, Youtube cannot look at you and correct your mistakes. An instructor can provide personalised feedback (technique, position, ...), answer questions in real-time and tailor the learning experience to your needs, which Youtube videos can't offer.

How do I book a lesson?

You can give us a phone call or send us a message. We'll discuss the type of session which will suit you best and arrange a date and a time. We take bank transfers for all lessons. Once the transfer is completed you will get an e-mail stating the date, time, location and packaged session you have opted for. If you're unsure about the process then please call or email us, we'll be happy to assist.
